1. About us

2. Services

We offer marketing services including paid media, landing pages/CRO, analytics/tracking, and creative strategy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed in writing before work begins.

4. Fees & payment

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of taxes. Invoices are payable within the agreed term. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspend services.

5. Intellectual property

We retain IP in our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Upon full payment, you receive a licence (or assignment if agreed) to deliverables produced specifically for you.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information private and use it only for the project. This survives termination.

7. Data protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own compliance as a controller of your customer data.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue or rankings). Except as required by law, all other warranties are excluded.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services in the 12 months prior to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate on written notice if the other materially breaches and does not remedy within a reasonable time, or becomes insolvent. Accrued rights survive termination.

11. Third-party platforms

You acknowledge that ad platforms and analytics services are third-party tools subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
